Entering a Long-Term Program with Jon Symes means committing to a transformative process that requires deep reflection and personal growth. This journey may not always be easy or comfortable, but your unwavering personal commitment will carry you through challenging moments.  
- Once you enter a program, you are expected to continue for the full term, with our full support.  
- Refunds are not offered for cancellations, and a cancellation fee may be charged.  
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, please contact us immediately to discuss options.

Use of the Site
- You agree to use the Site for lawful purposes only.  
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password.  
- You agree not to use the Site in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site.

By participating in any retreat, event, or program offered by Jon Symes, you consent to the use of any images or videos taken during these activities for promotional purposes, including social media and marketing efforts. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please notify us in writing before the start of the retreat, event, or program.
